As a health services researcher in Mayo Clinic's Division of Health Care Delivery Research, as well as the Mayo Clinic Robert D. and Patricia E. Kern Center for the Science of Health Care Delivery, Aaron C. Spaulding, Ph.D., conducts research related to the outcomes, quality, and value of health care.
Dr. Spaulding utilizes quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches to evaluate health care outcomes and organizations. His research focuses on outcomes of care, evaluation of quality interventions, influences of federal policies on health outcomes, and how organizational characteristics are associated with organizational and patient-level outcomes.
